Human Resources Generalist

Position Summary: The HR Generalist will support a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. This individual will serve as a key resource for employees and managers while helping drive HR programs and initiatives that support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries. Partner with managers on employee relations matters, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution. Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Administer new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience. Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee education regarding benefit programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Support performance review processes and talent development initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist with policy development, implementation, and communication. Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data to support decision-making. Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
