Role and Responsibilities We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Corporate Accounting team. This role reports to the Corporate Accounting Operations Manager and will play a key role in driving the results for the HOA Management Business and overall enterprise. You will collaborate with individuals across the organization to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions. Bill monthly management fee revenue Calculate and Bill customized ancillary management revenue, including application of various office locations and class codes Process cash application in the ERP Liese with business operations teams to ensure billing and cash application is done accurately and timely Other projects as assigned by manager Requirements/Skills 1+ years of accounting experience Associate’s degree in accounting preferred Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus Advanced Level of Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze and interpret data dets Strong attention to detail and well organized Ability to thrive in an evolving and fast‑paced dynamic environment Strong Critical Thinking and Problem‑Solving Skills Adaptable to change and learning new skills, systems, etc. Eager to develop a deep understanding of business operations and how they impact organization success Pay Range The estimated starting pay range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon RowCal's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
