Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing to address a range of mental health issues.
• Facilitate discussions with clients about their emotions, experiences, and relationships to guide them towards deeper self-understanding.
• Serve as an advocate for each client, assisting them in identifying and articulating their personal goals.
• Evaluate client mental health conditions and craft individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, solution-focused approaches that draw on your clinical expertise.
• Deliver regular progress updates and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients are primarily adults who are emotionally stable and present with low acuity concerns. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by your state Board, with no limited or provisional licenses accepted.
• Proficient in making informed clinical evaluations, recommendations, and implementing treatment plans.
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor paired with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong aptitude for using technology, particularly in relation to digital counseling tools and client management systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling settings.
