Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of family dynamics and individual behaviors to identify immediate issues impacting client mental health.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions with families and couples, focusing on communication, conflict resolution, and educational resources tailored to their unique situations.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate the cultural and personal contexts of clients.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients, helping them understand the influence of certain behaviors on their family dynamics and overall well-being.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy to help clients navigate through grief, parenting challenges, or educational needs for children.

• Share progress updates with interprofessional team members to facilitate a coordinated approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

Qualifications\n
