AppleOne is pleased to partner with a growing company in San Clemente who needs someone with accounting and customer service experience.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys wearing many hats, supporting leadership, solving problems, and helping keep daily business operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, dependable, analytical, and comfortable balancing accounting, customer service, documentation, billing, logistics support, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and general ledger activity.
- Perform account reconciliations, assist with financial reporting, and provide accurate information to management and the CFO/Controller.
- Prepare, review, and maintain detailed paperwork, compliance documentation, purchase orders, customs forms, and international freight-related documents.
- Assist with customer service needs, including possible phone communication with customers and coordination with internal teams.
- Support operational tasks such as logistics coordination, inventory tracking, spreadsheet maintenance, and cross-functional follow-up.
- Identify issues, stay organized, follow through on critical tasks, and help improve workflow accuracy and efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

- $32.00 to $34.00 per hour.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Location: San Clemente, CA.
