What You’ll Do

As a Remote Client Representative , your primary responsibility is creating a professional, helpful, and educational experience for prospective and existing clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Make applicable outbound calls and client follow-up

• Connect with individuals interested in receiving benefit information

• Ask questions to understand individual and family needs

• Listen carefully to client questions and concerns

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage

• Provide needs-focused recommendations once appropriately licensed

• Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Complete required digital documentation

• Maintain professional client relationships

• Conduct applicable policy reviews

• Assist with beneficiary updates

• Provide continued customer service and follow-up

• Maintain accurate digital client records

• Manage appointments and follow-up activity

• Participate in virtual training and coaching

• Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

This is a client-facing position that includes both customer service and consultative insurance sales responsibilities.

What Does a Typical Remote Workday Look Like?

Your day may include several different types of client and professional-development activities.

Client Outreach

Connect with interested individuals, conduct follow-up, answer initial questions, and schedule or confirm appointments.

Virtual Client Appointments

Meet with clients through Zoom or phone to learn about their needs and discuss available benefit options.

Benefits Education

Explain insurance products, policy features, and available coverage in clear, understandable language.

Enrollment Assistance

Once appropriately licensed, help eligible clients complete applications and enrollment documentation.

Ongoing Customer Service

Assist existing clients with general policy questions, beneficiary information, applicable coverage reviews, and continued support.

Training & Development

Participate in virtual product education, coaching, skills development, and applicable team meetings.

Independent Schedule Management

Organize your appointments, client follow-up, documentation, and daily activity from your home workspace.
