Looking to grow your Administrative Assistant expertise? We’re hiring immediately for our client in Honolulu, HI, where you will get to do just that! This is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your Clerical skills while gaining valuable office experience with a supportive team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the “face” of the company, greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments – having a strong attention-to-detail helps! You’ll be doing your part to reach team goals and meet the expectations of both internal and external clients.

A big part of this role involves using multiple computer programs, including MS Office. To succeed, you’ll want to be comfortable sitting at a workstation for long periods of time and possess excellent oral and written English skills.

Requirements:

· Previous Office, Clerical or Customer Service experience desired

· Professional phone etiquette

· Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
