Why join us? $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on Experience Room for Growth Great Benefits PTO 401K Job Details The Machine Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring extensive CNC programming and machining expertise, particularly with 3-axis and 4-axis machining centers utilizing Haas controls. The Machine Shop Manager will lead and develop a team of up to five machinists while actively supporting programming, setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities. Required Minimum 5+ years of CNC machining experience. Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience within a machine shop environment. Advanced proficiency in G-code programming. Extensive experience programming and operating 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining centers. Strong working knowledge of Haas controls and Haas CNC equipment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
