Account Executive

HTG is a growing Technical Staffing company located in Lexington, SC. We partner with our clients' IT leadership to understand their environment and technology initiatives. Our goal is to provide highly qualified, motivated individuals who make an immediate positive impact on productivity, helping our clients meet their business objectives. We are seeking a self-motivated Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding HTG team. If you have experience in sales or business development, enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and persistently pursuing opportunities, this role may be ideal for you. What You’ll Do: Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue. Build customer relationships, negotiate, and close deals. Translate clients' business goals into viable selling opportunities. Develop and manage a territory plan, understanding market size, competition, and key influencers. Support recruiting teams working with new clients. Understand target market motivations, customer challenges, and industry technologies. What You’ll Need: Excellent communication, persuasion, self-motivation, analysis, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or related fields.
