As a key member of the student support team, you will utilize your expertise in school-based occupational therapy to foster student independence, functional skills, and overall participation in the classroom. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to tailor interventions that set young learners up for success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure (state requirements must be met)
• Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged students
• Strong knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs
• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Enthusiastic about collaborative, student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to elementary students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Conduct assessments and contribute to multi-disciplinary evaluations
• Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals and school-wide initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
