Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to gauge their mental health status, history, and specific needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A proven understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the ability to deliver culturally sensitive care.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills, maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities that foster trust and open dialogue with diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
