- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to review project requirements and specifications.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other documentation to understand project scope.
- Source and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals to ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and labor costs.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering suggestions.
- Present cost estimates and reports to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
- Support the team throughout the bidding and project negotiation process.
