Instructional Assistant(Secondary)

Instructional Assistant (Secondary Level) Vacancy – School Year 2026-2027 Instructional Assistant Hours: (HS) 7:00 AM - 2:15 PM (6.75 hours/day) (MS) 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM (6.75 hours/day) Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 Availability: Immediately Position Goals: Assist students in their Learning Support and in general education. Demonstrated ability to work, interact, and cooperate effectively with others. Satisfactory record of attendance. Qualifications: Minimum of forty‑eight (48) post‑secondary credits, associate’s degree, or Bureau of Special Education Credential of Competency for Special Education Paraeducators (can be obtained in first year of employment). Experience working with students with social, emotional, and behavior supports preferred. Ability to function as part of a team composed of the teacher and aide.
