Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Demonstrated experience working within K-12 school settings
• Strong knowledge of special education law and evaluation procedures
• Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services
• Interpret assessment data for educational planning and intervention
• Provide individual and group counseling to address emotional and social challenges
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans and support positive behavioral initiatives
• Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and support strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations
• Foster a safe, supportive school climate through preventive and responsive services
