Men's Ministry Administrative Assistant
Shadow Mountain Community Church - El Cajon, CA 92019
Shadow Mountain Community Church is seeking a Men's Ministry Administrative Assistant to join our team in supporting the mission and daily operations of our ministries. This is a part-time, year-round position offering a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently implement and maintain database resources
- Provide administrative support to ministry staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Maintain organized records, databases, and systems
- Prepare reports, manage communication channels, and ensure efficient office operations
- Coordinate meetings and provide support for ministry-related activities
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to master other digital tools and resources
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Must be a committed, active member of Shadow Mountain Community Church
