Your Mission

The purpose of this position is to ensure designs and mailings are accurate, complete, and make sense for the customer's overall campaign. You will review each job as a whole, confirm all instructions have been followed, and catch any issues before the job is printed or mailed.

Schedule

• Full-time, in-office position
  
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  

Pay

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour

Specific Duties Include

• Review and qualify designs and mailings for accuracy and completeness.
  
• Confirm that design, mailing details, lists, offers, dates, phone numbers, and other campaign information all match.
  
• Review the entire campaign to ensure the printed and mailed materials align with the customer's goals.
  
• Process a large amount of information and accurately follow detailed instructions.
  
• Identify errors, missing information, or potential issues before production or mailing.
  
• Communicate errors or required corrections professionally to the Customer Support team.
  
• Work under pressure while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  
• Complete data entry using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internal databases.
  
• Learn and navigate new software quickly.
  
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  
• Occasionally provide customer support by phone or email during periods of high demand.
