Total Rewards & HRIS Strategy Lead

National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards & HRIS to lead benefits, compensation, HRIS, and compliance initiatives. You will oversee multi-state self-insured programs and act as a senior SME.
