We are seeking a Senior Business Developer to join the Commercial team at our Miami office. About the Job Generate business opportunities in the assigned markets through prospecting and market analysis, while also building strategic relationships, engaging in negotiations, and participating in international visits, with the aim of contributing to the company’s growth and expansion. Specific Responsabilities: Analyze markets and trends to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and support the company’s expansion in the assigned markets. Develop and execute commercial strategies aimed at entering new markets, increasing market share, and positioning the company as an industry leader. Establish and manage relationships with key and strategic clients, strengthening long‑term partnerships and promoting business growth. Negotiate business terms and contracts in coordination with internal areas, senior management, and C‑level executives, ensuring favorable agreements for the company. Plan and coordinate meetings, roadshows, and site visits —including in the United States— with local and international clients, enhancing the company’s presence in target markets. Prepare reports, analyze sales metrics, and provide strategic information to support management decision‑making. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in the development of commercial materials, technical proposals, and the integration of new technologies that optimize the sales cycle and ensure effective follow‑up of opportunities. Requirements Business Degree or B.S. Engineering Degree (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or similar) preferred. 3-4 years of work experience with an emphasis on sales.
