Lead Developer Your Opportunity as the Lead Developer IS Sales Marketing & Enterprise Analytics – Sales/Trade Team The Lead Developer on the IS Sales Marketing & Enterprise Analytics – Sales/Trade Team actively participates in the planning, design, development, and support activities related to systems and integrations. This technical, hands-on position provides thought leadership on potential techniques for solutioning, serves as a mentor to other developers, and collaborates across IS to deliver quality deliverables. This role will be focused primarily on developing and supporting scalable solutions (both new and existing) to integrate a variety of on-premise applications and cloud solutions. Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron) Work Arrangements: Hybrid work schedule ~25% in office presence In this role, you will: Application Delivery: Serve as Technical Lead on small to medium-size projects, which includes creating a Solution Development Plan, as well as managing and holding other developers accountable for the technical delivery Be an individual contributor for development tasks on large projects Publish technical specifications and support documentation Follow documented standards for development, code promotion, and change management practices Provide guidance to business partners on favorable technologies and platforms during new application selection Learn and apply new technology Application Support: Transactional applications and integrations (in & out) in scope to support: CAS, TPM, Forge, TPM, Salesforce CRM, and several custom solutions Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support new or revised business processes Suggest and implement support process improvements to reduce ongoing support demand and take a more proactive approach Support applications that require SOX compliance and are examined annually by internal and external audit The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
