It will be an opportunity for you to join a community devoted to making a difference in this world!The Opportunity That Awaits YouAs we grow and streamline our manufacturing operations both domestically and internationally, we need to bring on-board a Logistics Coordinator II who has experience taking ownership of shipping product on a daily basis and ensuring all the appropriate domestic and international reporting is accurate and up to date. A Logistics Coordinator II play an essential role to get product to our customers in a timely and safe manner. Responsibilities include aspects of a company’s supply chain, from preparation to transportation delivery.What Your Day-To-Day Will InvolveCoordinate product from Procept HQ to 3PL’s domestic and international.Arrange Shipments domestic and international following all Export controls.Transact Sales Confirmations in ERP system for all sites.Assist in Cycle Counting and resolution of discrepancies.Must be available to work flexible hours and various shifts depending on the current operational needsPrepare for and resolve any issues regarding inventory accuracy.Coordinate with shipping and freight forwarders for timely and accurate shipment releases, pick-ups, and deliveries.Assure compliance to all company policies, standard operating procedures and recognized domestic/international shipping standards.Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies.The Qualifications We Need You to PossessTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
