Organizational Change Manager

Job Description This position plays a key role in meeting company and department objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption of business changes and continuously improving existing processes. The role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems & technology, as well as project roles & responsibilities. Responsibilities The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This position will provide leadership and support to internal stakeholders in coordination and management of corporate projects and work side‑by‑side with project managers. The Change Manager will drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency with changes that impact employees, improving benefit realization, value creation, speed of adaptation, and results.
