Primary Responsibilities Develops business relationships through frequent phone contact with potential clients’ cases Assists customers and assist shopping and sales on the Digital Store Drives sales by being first UHC contact for new clients Promotes sales customers directly. Required Qualifications Associate’s degree OR 1+ years of equivalent sales experience Minnesota Life and Health Insurance License or ability to acquire within 90 days of start date (company will assist with prep and pay for licensing) 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Valid Driver’s License Preferred Qualifications Sales experience Bachelor’s Degree *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $24.04 per hour based on full‑time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance.
