We're looking for a Sales & Business Development Representative to connect with residential home builders and help them discover the financial clarity and confidence our firm provides. This is a remote role ideal for someone who understands construction, listens with intention, and is ready to grow alongside a fast-moving, purpose-driven company. About MyBuilderCPA At MyBuilderCPA , we specialize in helping residential builders across the U.S. master their financials. From full-service bookkeeping and job costing to tax prep, payroll support, and financial cleanups, we are the go-to accounting team for builders who want control over their numbers and confidence in their decisions. Our deep experience in QuickBooks Online, BuilderTrend, and JobTread allows us to offer tailored, high-impact solutions to construction professionals at every stage of growth. Visit us at: What You'll Do This role is about listening, connecting, and guidingnot pushing. You'll lead with value, build trust, and walk prospective clients through a clear and thoughtful sales process that ends in long-term partnerships. Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed engagement Identify and qualify leads through email, LinkedIn, social media, industry events, and referrals Host discovery calls to understand each builder's challenges and needs Prepare proposals for our $20,000+ cleanup engagements and ongoing monthly services Collaborate with the CEO to refine messaging, ideal client criteria, and sales strategy Ensure smooth handoffs to the client onboarding and service teams What We're Looking For Experience in construction or homebuilding is required (you speak the language and understand the business) 2+ years in B2B sales , preferably in SaaS, accounting, or construction-related services Clear, professional communication in written and spoken English A relationship-first approach to sales: you listen, build trust, and follow through Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Gmail, LinkedIn, ClickUp, and Google Meet Self-driven and reliableespecially in a remote setting Compensation & Benefits We offer a tiered, performance-based compensation plan that rewards results and long-term impact. Compensation Structure Base Stipend: $2,000$3,500/month depending on experience and time commitment (optional; pure commission roles also available) Commission: Tiered and uncapped. Earn 1015% commission on cleanup engagements ($20,000+) Residuals: Receive 5% recurring commission on closed monthly service plans (first 12 months) On-Target Earnings (OTE) First-Year OTE: $90,000$130,000 (realistic based on performance) Top Performers: $150,000+ High-Value Incentives Bonus commissions for closing high-value clients Quarterly bonuses for hitting revenue or deal targets Qualified warm leads provided via JobTread, NAHB, social media partnerships, and referrals Access to high-quality tools, scripts, and mentorship directly from the CEO Why Join Us?
