Shipside Operations SpecialistThe Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) are looking for Shipside Operations Specialists (Production Support) to support the 737 Northline Manufacturing team onsite in Everett, Washington.Our team is currently hiring Experienced and Senior level Shipside Operations Specialists.Position Responsibilities:Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organizationConducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaAnalyzes and interprets dataProvides feedback on assessment resultsAssist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issuesSupports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issuesFacilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open itemsProvide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammatesWorks under general directionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment3+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective actionProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations research3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills3+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem solving and analytical skills Boeing
