Front Office Manager

The Front Office Manager ensure a memorable guest experience through strategic business planning and execution, by coordinating the activities of the front office team in adherence to the quality, service, and safety standards, and by serving as our brand ambassador. Responsibilities Include: Leads, coaches, and develops Front Office Supervisors as well as team members to ensure the highest quality service and team morale. Ensures the operation is staffed sufficiently for business needs. Performs, trains, and creates front office duties and equipment as needed. Maintains inventory of product, supplies, and equipment needed for the gift shop. Lead team in counseling and disciplinary procedures. Partner with property leadership team to ensure a smooth operation. Empower hotel staff to deliver excellent guest service by encouraging and rewarding responsive guest service. Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support front office associates. Collaborate with leadership and revenue management teams to forecast future needs and business levels. Work closely with property accounting to address any outstanding invoices, accounts, or front office procedures. Read, understand, and be able to provide commentary on monthly P&L. Work with hotel leadership to complete other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends). Ability to communicate effectively; ability to speak, read, write, and understand English. Demonstrate high level of integrity and trustworthiness; ability to pass a background check.
