Job Summary Service Center Odessa – E 45th St is seeking an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, including assisting front office teammates with the necessary tools, training and information, providing accurate payroll and HR administration, maintaining accounts receivable and payable, managing cash handling procedures, and delivering a world‑class customer experience through consistent SOP application. Responsibilities Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information to effectively perform their job. Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR administration and record‑keeping for all center associates. Maintain accounts receivable and payable accounts and cash handling procedures to company standards. Ensure consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through training and monitoring. Deliver a world‑class customer experience to all customers. Qualifications 2+ years of experience within a customer‑facing environment. 1+ years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll (preferred). Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to navigate multiple software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite. Capacity to work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
