About the Role

You'll be the technical and commercial face of the business within your region — building relationships with engineers, distributors, and end users, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert guidance on the company's flow control product range. This role suits someone who can speak the language of mechanical engineers and translate technical requirements into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts across your assigned region

\n

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries

\n

Provide technical consultation on flow control products (pulsation dampeners, surge suppressors, valves, and related equipment)

\n

Work closely with engineering and distributor partners to specify and recommend appropriate solutions

\n

Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations

\n

Build long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users

\n

Report on pipeline activity, market trends, and competitor movements

\n

Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and industry events

\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n

A degree or equivalent background in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related discipline)

\n

Prior experience in flow control, fluid handling, pumps, valves, or a related industrial sector strongly preferred

\n

Proven sales, business development, or technical account management experience

\n

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts

\n

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

\n

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing an independent territory

\n

Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region

\n
