Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, history, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to the client’s unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

We recommend having at least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting. Experience with telehealth platforms or digital therapy approaches is desirable, along with familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to facilitate documentation and billing processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
