Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at White Plains Inner Healing Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve working with patients individually or as a group, addressing areas such as communication difficulties, job stress, and family conflicts.

• Specializing in a variety of presenting issues, including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote emotional and relational healing.

• Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and attending team meetings to stay current on clinical best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
