Towns/cities include:AmherstBelchertownFlorenceGreenfieldHadleyNorthamptonSouth DeerfieldWest HatfieldWilliamsburgWe do our best to keep all employees with their preferred geographic regions/specialty areas; however, float pool employees must be able and willing to commute to any of our locations during orientation (for training/precepting purposes) or during times of fluctuating staffing shortages (for cross-coverage purposes).SummaryResponsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.Does this position require Patient Care? YesEssential Functions-Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards. -Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety. -Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care. -Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.-Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations. -Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
