This role is fully remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to provide care from their own homes while having access to our outpatient office for any necessary collaborative meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform, providing short-term, evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique mental health challenges.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques and psychotherapy methods to help clients set concrete goals, develop coping strategies, and foster problem-solving skills.

• Monitor clients’ progress, maintaining detailed records of therapy sessions and adapting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the Perlman Clinic to ensure a comprehensive approach to each patient’s care, participating in case discussions as required.

• Provide education and resources focused on mental health wellness, lifestyle changes, and effective coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes adults seeking support for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress management, and life transitions. As a mental health therapist, you will work closely with clients seeking immediate support and those looking for long-term therapeutic relationships, all within a compassionate and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
\n
• A valid and current professional license to practice in the State of California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
\n
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in providing mental health therapy, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based practices.

• Comprehensive knowledge of, and strict adherence to, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to mental health and social welfare.

• A strong ability to operate independently while seeking additional supervision and consultation as necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy, particularly familiarity with digital platforms used for mental health services.

• Exposure to diverse patient populations and varying mental health needs, enhancing your capability to navigate complex client backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
