You bring 3–5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience and an active, transferable book of business within one or more of the following verticals:Medical & HealthcareCommercial Real Estate & Property Management (office/industrial)Hospitality & MultifamilyInsurance, Risk, and Large Loss AdjustersThis role is ideal for someone who builds trust quickly, manages a disciplined sales pipeline, and takes full ownership of activity, revenue, and results.What You'll DoStrategically execute sales and marketing initiatives based on market research and target accountsProactively identify, pursue, and expand opportunities within assigned verticalsRepresent Mooring at trade shows, industry events, and client-facing meetingsCollaborate with marketing on sales collateral, promotions, and client eventsMaintain accurate daily CRM activity, pipeline updates, and reportingTrack industry trends, competitive activity, and market intelligenceSecure new Master Service Agreements and expand existing client relationshipsPartner closely with leadership to deliver solutions aligned to client needsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent3–5 years of proven B2B or external field sales experienceValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work a flexible schedule based on business needsStrong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred)Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience selling into insurance, commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality, or risk-related industriesUnderstanding of project flow, risk mitigation, and commercial construction or restoration practicesFamiliarity with EPC, public sector, or environmental health & safety conceptsIf you're ready to bring your talent and passion to a company that values both excellence and purpose, apply now and help us restore lives and build futures.
