GTM Engineer: AI-Powered Growth & Outbound

InstaLILY is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and run the engine that drives growth—outbound experiments, ICP targeting, signal detection, and the data and AI systems underneath them. You’re technical enough to build the machine and commercial enough to run it. 0–3 years of experience with a strong technical foundation. You’ll design outbound plays, validate CRM imports, extend AI workflows, and own ICP scoring, enrichment pipelines, dashboards, and the prospecting stack. #J-18808-Ljbffr
