Wholesale Banking KYC & Governance Specialist

A well-established global bank to support their search for a Wholesale Banking KYC & Governance Specialist. The bank has a strong reputation for regulatory excellence and a robust compliance culture, and this role plays a key part in maintaining that standard. The KYC & Governance Specialist will support the end-to-end KYC lifecycle for Wholesale Banking, coordinating across Coverage, Compliance, and Operations. This includes managing portfolio reporting, MI/KRI dashboards, limit monitoring, and exception tracking to ensure senior management has decision-ready information. The role also encompasses governance routines, issue remediation, process improvement, and control testing, providing critical operational and compliance support to the firm. This is a highly visible, hybrid role based in New York City that provides an opportunity to contribute to a mature compliance program while working closely with senior stakeholders and regulators. Overview: KYC Execution & Coordination: Manage the end-to-end Wholesale Banking KYC lifecycle, including documentation tracking, follow-ups with internal teams and clients, and ensuring timely regulatory compliance. Portfolio Reporting & Data Integrity: Reconcile data across key systems (CMS, Fen-X, Siron) to ensure accurate, audit-ready reporting; implement controls to maintain reliable leadership MI. MI/KRI & Dashboard Management: Maintain MI/KRI metrics and governance dashboards, leveraging Power BI for automation and visualization of portfolio metrics, limits, and trends. Governance Support: Prepare weekly/monthly governance packs, capture minutes, track stakeholder actions, and ensure decision-ready materials are delivered. Issues & Action Tracking: Maintain centralized trackers, coordinate root cause analysis, monitor deadlines, and organize closure evidence for audits and governance.
