Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Privately Held Investment Management Firm – On-Site | Full-Time About the Role Our client is a privately held investment management firm seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant to join their team. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, managing AP/AR workflows, and assisting with monthly financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with senior accounting staff and off-site personnel to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across financial processes. Responsibilities Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including coding, entry, and payment processing. Collaborate with off-site personnel to ensure accurate classification of expenses. Record and code daily cash receipts and reconcile related ledgers. Identify and resolve issues related to new or non-recurring transactions. Prepare and post month-end close entries for AP, AR, and cash activity. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules. Prepare basic monthly financial statements and assist with more complex reporting. Support Senior Accountants with ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as needed. Qualifications 1+ years of accounting experience (full-cycle accounting preferred) Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
