A full-time opening is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a powerful difference across elementary and middle school settings. This contract position offers consistent engagement with students and school teams over 40 hours per week.
Desired Background:
- Active BCBA certification is mandatory
- At least 1 year of experience working within school settings
- Background in providing behavioral support to elementary and middle school populations
- Knowledgeable in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
- Collaborative, reliable, and skilled in communication with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative BCBA services to students and educators
- Train and support school staff on evidence-based interventions and data collection
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster positive outcomes for students
- Regularly update progress reports and adjust strategies to best meet students’ needs
