Location: Springfield, PA
Schedule: MonFri, 30-35 hours a week
Pay: Hourly + Bonus About Us John Fabry State Farm is a local, community-focused insurance agency dedicated to helping clients protect what matters most. Were seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to support our clients and ensure great service every day. Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive customer service for existing clients (phone, email, and in-person)
- Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and general account inquiries
- Help clients understand coverage details and next steps for claims or updates
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal team members to process requests accurately
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system
- Support renewal follow-ups and administrative tasks to keep policies current
- Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Experience in customer service, call center, or an insurance-related role (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication skills and a helpful, patient attitude
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM/agency systemstraining available)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
