# Supervisor Customer ServiceApplylocations: Sterling, VAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R262177Make a difference.As a Supervisor Customer Service, you will oversee a team to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible.**In this role you will:*** Supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of others* Establish department work procedures, prepare schedules and expedite workflow of purchase orders* Train and develop employees* Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality* Collaborate with branch team to grow sales* Recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations**What you bring to the table:*** Strong communication skills* A passion for customer service* Supervisory and leadership skills* Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact* 1+ years experience required* 2 year or 4 year degree preferred**Compensation Details:** The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
