Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients and formulate tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to diagnose and monitor psychological conditions.

• Prepare, maintain, and update clinical documentation and treatment records in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Provide ongoing interventions and therapeutic strategies tailored to each patient’s progress and mental health diagnosis.

• Collaborate with patients and their support systems to develop holistic treatment plans, addressing feedback and adjusting goals as necessary.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and external treatment providers, coordinating referrals and enhancing access to necessary resources.

• Offer educational mentorship to interns, residents, and trainees, promoting knowledge-sharing and professional development within the team.

Qualifications\n
