GenAI Technical Specialist

We are seeking a GenAI Technical Specialist with hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications and agentic workflows. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise system integrations, APIs, and modern GenAI technologies to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications and agentic workflows. Build and integrate AI agents with enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and connectors. Develop end-to-end GenAI solutions from proof of concept to production deployment. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and design AI solutions. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise systems and business processes. Optimize AI workflows for scalability, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support for AI applications. Maintain technical documentation and follow AI governance and security best practices. Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies and industry trends. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 5–8 years of software development experience with hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies. Strong experience in AI agent development and agentic workflows. Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and connectors. Experience building and deploying end-to-end AI-driven solutions. Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integration. Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple integrated systems. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks. Knowledge of Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
