Job Title: Remote Insurance Defense and Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: California(Fully Remote)
Compensation: $140000K to $200000K base salary plus bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and depositions
• Provide strategic coverage analysis and claims advice
• Interface directly with clients, including insurers and corporate stakeholders
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial as needed

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in insurance defense and or commercial litigation
• Licensed and in good standing in California
• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
• Experience handling complex litigation matters independently
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating with a national team
