A U.S.-based digital agency focused exclusively on the childcare industry, offering web design and SEO services to daycare centers and preschools. The agency was founded to help childcare operators grow enrollment and improve their online visibility, and operates with a lean, founder-led team delivering custom websites and search optimization strategies to clients across the country.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a full-time remote Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships at a fast-growing agency that serves the U.S. childcare market. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing onboarding, day-to-day communication, and project coordination across web design and SEO engagements. You will work closely with internal teams to keep projects on track, support retention and upsell opportunities, and assist with the sales process by following up with leads and booking discovery calls. This is a high-ownership position suited for someone who thrives with autonomy, handles client challenges confidently, and understands how to deliver an exceptional service experience inside a fast-paced agency environment.
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
Schedule: Full-time, aligned with PST

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client point of contact across email, phone, and Zoom, responding to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff from sales into production, coordinating all necessary information and setting clear expectations.
- Coordinate internal project tasks with the team to keep web design and SEO engagements on schedule and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Identify retention risks and upsell opportunities within the account base, taking proactive steps to strengthen client relationships and grow revenue.
- Support the sales pipeline by following up with inbound leads and booking qualified calls with the co-founders.
- Handle difficult conversations, complaints, and escalations calmly and effectively, resolving issues without requiring founder involvement.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar client-facing role within a marketing or web services agency.
- Demonstrated understanding of web design project workflows and SEO service delivery, including the ability to speak confidently with clients about both.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
- Proven track record in client retention, upselling, and supporting sales processes.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across email, phone, and video calls.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of accounts, and operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced remote environment.
