Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of our attorney, providing support. You will communicate with clients, compile case materials, and carry out a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented. Responsibilities Communicate with clients and witnesses Maintain and organize both physical and electronic client files Review and filter emails and other client correspondence Attend client meetings for notetaking and witnessing purposes Qualifications Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or similar administrative, clerical, or secretarial role is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with document management experience Comfortable with Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and work well under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
