Order Processing Specialist

We are seeking a resilient, highly organized, and proactive Order Processing & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team on-site in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will focus on entering, validating, and tracking domestic US orders across regional distribution centers while supporting cross-functional teams across Sales, Procurement, and Logistics. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, enter, and validate incoming domestic orders received via EDI or email into the ERP system.
• Track order status and inventory levels across regional warehouse sites to ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met.

• Effectively communicate with Sales, Procurement, Merchandising, and Logistics—using Google Docs and internal tools—to flag discrepancies, resolve issues, and secure approvals.

• Manage peak volume (up to 100 orders/day), stepping in to help colleagues clear inventory shortages or manage spikes.

• Maintain clear records, escalate delays promptly with proposed solutions, and support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
