AV Event Operations Lead | Team & Tech Mastery

Encore seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations focusing on customer service, staff leadership and development. You will direct the technical team to ensure operational efficiencies and guest satisfaction, with involvement in location admin duties and career development. Reports to DET, DOO, or Operations Manager. You will manage daily floor activities, coordinate event setup and teardown, train technicians on standards, and troubleshoot AV equipment while maintaining safety and #J-18808-Ljbffr Encore
