Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to establish their unique needs.
\n
• Provide individualized therapy sessions for both patients and families, employing evidence-based techniques to address mental health challenges.
\n
• Maintain accurate billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in compliance with outlined time frames.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness programs that empower clients toward stable functioning.
\n
• Collaborate with patients to create effective discharge plans that emphasize continuity of care.
\n
• Ensure adherence to all federal and state laws, as well as the regulatory requirements and policies set forth by our organization.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and educational opportunities to improve clinical skills and knowledge.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to enhance teamwork and clinical outcomes.
\n
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training as required by the state and agency policies.

Your work will directly impact a diverse population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults navigating various life's challenges. Each client presents unique needs, requiring a tailored therapeutic approach that incorporates their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences. As you help clients navigate their journeys, your guidance will empower them to achieve increased stability and foster personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensing is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State of Washington, encompassing LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW credentials.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in clinical settings, especially within community health environments, is highly favored.
\n
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with your licensure and experience. In addition, we offer a robust benefits package including:
