Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Assist customers through the sales process, including financing and paperwork
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and inventory
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
