Symmtrex builds steel wall panels, does spray foam insulation, and lifts concrete out of Bonham, Texas. This is the person who makes sure the business side of things actually runs.

You thrive on variety. One hour you're on the phone with a new customer, the next you're deep in QuickBooks, the next you're tracking down whether a crew's timecard matches what actually happened on the job.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Sales and customer development, including cold calls and follow-ups
• Invoicing, AP, AR, and collections through QuickBooks
• Project coordination and job paperwork
• Crew attendance and time tracking
• Executive assistance

What I'm looking for on paper:

• Experience in sales, office management, or operations
• Comfortable in QuickBooks or something similar, strong in Excel
• Construction, manufacturing, or trades background is a plus, not required
