Highlights Pay: $64.85/hour Location: New York, NY Facility: Mount Sinai Hospital Department/Unit: GP 11 East - MSH Schedule: Full‑Time, Night shift What You’ll Do Deliver patient care incorporating the tenets of Relationship Centered Care. Assess and evaluate patient care needs using critical thinking skills. Integrate relevant assessment and intervention skills in nursing care delivery. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team on care plans. Prioritize patient care aspects including teaching and planning post‑hospital care. Educate patients and caregivers about their care plans and health promotion. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team. Manage assignments within the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing. Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable for matriculated RN in a BSN program. Experience 1 year RN experience in oncology or ICU/Critical Care required. Licenses & Certifications Current RN License in New York State. Basic Life Saver (BCLS) certification required.
