Accountant
Rate: $30-$35/hr.

Schedule: M-F 8: 00am- 4: 30pm (5: 00pm with 1-hour lunch)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support finance operations. The Accountant will handle AR, AP, bank and intercompany reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and cost analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile AP invoices, AR cash receipts, bank accounts, and balance sheet entries.
• Maintain intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close, sales tax filings, inventory counts, and financial reporting.
• Review employee expense reports and post journal entries accurately.
• Support audits, ad-hoc reports, and process documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor' s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Practical accounting experience; ERP knowledge preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Physical & Work Environment:

• Standard office work with occasional travel between sites.
• May require overtime.
